ECITB Approved TMJI 10 Technical Test: Dismantle, Assemble and Hand Torque Flanged Joints
Course DetailsThe candidate must demonstrate the ability to dismantle, inspect flanges and report faults. They must prepare, assemble and secure a flanged pipework joint in line with the drawing provided and within the set tolerance, using the relevant tools and equipment.
Course ObjectivesIn order to complete the technical test you should have completed the relevant ECITB approved training course. In order to sit a TMJI test you should have completed the following:
• MJI 10 (to sit TMJI10/TMJI 11)
• MJI 19 (to sit TMJI 19)
Before sitting a TMJI test you should be within the prescribed time period to do so and should have completed the relevant work based task-assignments, as issued by your original training provider. The WBTA must be signed off by a supervisor concerned with the relevant tasks, as evidence that they are satisfied with your on the job performance.
The test is partially computer based and partially workshop based
